Service Department
We offer full-service bike repair. That means that you can drop off your bike and let our professional mechanics get your bike feeling as good as new.
At your appointment, we will talk with you about your bike and what’s going on with it. If you can hang around for 5-10 minutes when you drop the bike off, we can assess your bike and write you a detailed quote for repair then and there. If you’ve gotta run, we’ll look at your bike and give you a call letting you know what it needs.
We always do our best to work within your budget using our supply of new and used parts. Check out some of our common service packages below.

Every bike is different, as is service demand throughout the year. If we have the parts on hand (we usually do) it usually doesn’t take more than three business days from when you approved the quote for us to have your bike ready for pickup. We will keep you updated on the timing.
If your bike is your primary mode of transportation and you need one to get around, ask us about our ‘borrow bikes.’

Let us know what your budget is, and we will do what we can to stay within it. We can also recommend the most necessary repairs to keep your bike safe and functional. Also consider joining us at Open Bench Time to do some of the work yourself.

We loving working on all bikes. However, we don’t touch the electronics on e-bikes. If you do have an e-bike, we can do all the acoustic repairs, we just ask that you remove the battery while the bike is in our shop
