Volunteer

We welcome volunteers of any age, skill level, and background. 

When volunteering, you’ll work with staff and other volunteers at community events, pop-up repair clinics or Open Bench Time, and refurbish bicycles for donation. 

How to Volunteer with the Gear Hub

• Fill out the Volunteer Application and Agreement

• Drop in to Open Bench Time and work on shop projects, bikes, or help community members repair their bikes.

  • Tuesday 3-9 PM

  • Thursday 1-7 PM

  • Friday 3-6 PM

Show up to your shift with clothes you don't mind getting dirty, closed toe shoes, and a willingness to learn from and share your skills with other members of our community.
