The Portland Gear Hub is seeking an experienced, productive, efficient mechanic to focus specifically on bike refurbishing to further the impact Gear Hub can have in our community. The expectation is that you will not need any mechanical training or support to build bicycles to a high standard of quality.  This is a temporary, seasonal position from June 2026-August 2026. Most work will take place when the retail shop is closed to the public.
